lazyclaire) only just slightly tearing up when talking to mom again and then having to tell my brother over Skype. (Also my dad telling me how hard it was to drive his body to the crematoriam on his own and how he wished he had waited until mom got home to work to take him.) And then later I was lying in bed and started thinking too much, then had a little crying jag. But hey, that's what 2AM is for isn't it? Emily of New Moon would certainly say so.
In other news I am yet again fighting with a landlord over a deposit. If you want to know what the situation is, go back and read my entries from March-June 2007. No kidding! But I do kind of feel like I'm going through the situation all over again. Actually, really, this time is childsplay compared to the nightmare situation of my Allen Road flat. But still, disputing is always a pain.

What do you guys think? It all seems so cheeky of them considering we left the property in a really good state. Every time I move I think I have a good landlord, and then every time I end up surprised when greed and pettiness get involved...
