A Week in the Life of Jenn. - Volume 2

Here's my day two of the photo meme. Since I f-locked the first one, I'm posting the rules again.

A Week in the Life

1. Take between 6 and 8 new photographs per day.
2. Your picture days must be consecutive - no skipping days!
3. Post your photographs at the end of that day, some time after the last picture is taken.
4. Your post should be titled “A Week in the Life of [name], Volume [whatever day you're on].”
5. Link back to your earlier entries.

So here's day two:

The visitors left early to go ride the London Eye and do other touristy things. I was a bad host and declined to go along, instead Rach and I spent the entire day on the couch, and I AM NOT EXAGGERATING! It was frighteningly impressive. First we watched Hairspray on my computer. (Our TV is so old and ghetto that it won't hook up to the DVD player.)




Then we spent most of the day exactly like this:






Actually I spent more time on the computer than reading, but I like the symmetrical pictures. I checked my Barclays account online - the little calculator-type thing is where you have to put your card and pin in and it gives you a code to access your online account. There is also a membership number and a password - it's all very complicated.




I organised my DVD shelf. By now I'm about 35% unpacked.




My mom called to say that Hillary was on CNN making a speech. Of course we don't get CNN, so she put the phone to the TV and I put my mobile on speakerphone so Rach and I could listen. Just like listening to the wireless! It's possible that we are very very sad.




We had the rest of yesterday's bottle of wine with our dinner. Rach brought it back from Paris when she went last week.




It's now the end of the day and my Cheetos are empty! Sob.



Wow. Most exciting day EVER.

Aw, that looks like a fun day! I think I'm slightly envious of your DVD collection. It looks so pretty. Though I do share a lot of it.

I love my DVDs all lined up nice and shiny. But I would assume yours look about the same. It's too bad the GG one is too tall to fit that shelf though. Also too bad is the fact that evidently I can't buy any more because the shelf is totally full!

I need an updated picture, but it seems at least one set of my DVDs are always out on loans.

Movies and TV. Currently, S1 of HIMYM is on loan to Amy. (Also, Joey Bishop is on loan to my dad, but he could keep that and I wouldn't care.)

Oh yes, I definitely see some familiar titles, on both the TV and movies shelves! How come our sets for AD S1 look different though? My S2-3 aren't there because they're in my bedroom.

Because that's the S2 one you see there. S1 was out on loan when that picture was taken. S1-S3. When I get HIMYM S1 back, I'll take a new picture of all of my DVDs. The movies one hasn't changed, though, with the exception of it now includes Little Shop.

Also, my DVD movie collection might look paltry, but I bought lots on VHS.

Haha about watching a movie on a computer since your TV is just *that* old! 'Cuz my parents also have a TV like that -- it's even one of those wooden types that is so old it doesn't even have a remote. Back then, us kids were the remotes for the parents... Anyway! Coooool DVD shelf! And Cranium and Friends?! How very Jenn...
