Here we are again, second one of the year. Getting this up on the 13th and all, so that’s very impressive. (To me only, probably.) It’s Friday too, and I’m off home any second. Well, off to meet Debi for dinner anyway. [Ok this is no longer accurate since I am back home now from dinner, sitting on Seb's bed watching Gilmore Girls. But oh well.]

Sadly, this is it for the Nimbus pictures this week. I’m not sure that happened, except that I just wasn’t at home for very many hours. The one on the right is his favourite toy, a little fish on elastic that I got him when he first came home with me. The one on the left is the new one I got to replace it, because, well, look at it! As you can see he’s okay with the substitution, since he didn’t even let me get this pic finished before his paw swiped in! (Not staged, I promise.)

My new stool for under my desk at work. Not very exciting for you, but lovely for me, as my feet are no longer resting on a cardboard box. Also, those are my (newish) black boots.

I took a bit of a short day, as I have some extra hours. And when I went outside, it was snowing. Not much (and in this picture it looks like rain) but it’s really snow. I like how the lighting turned out in this one.

8:00 PM – The Red Herring, EC2
After work I went to this BoardGame group I found out about online. I was looking for card players, but this will do for now. It was pretty fun actually, and now that I've scoped it out I think I'll drag a few people along next time. I played some kind of strategy game, that included moving armies and ships and building cities and temples. It was fun, but I think next time I'll go for a more peaceful one! Here's our gameboard:

Home again! This is cool actually, and most of you flist-ers may appreciate it. My housemates are totally getting into Gilmore Girls!! (Neither one of them had watched it before.) We're making our way through it, and they're in season three now. Rach has been sick recently, so she's gotten ahead of Seb. When I got home, here was Rach in her room watching "They Shoot Gilmores, Don't They?" (!!!!!) - she's covered her face because she is sick and didn't approve of the first picture I took. But you guys get to look at Luke instead, so I'm sure many of you will be happy...
